A Message From The OLLI Director
There has never been a better time to join OLLI than now. Now part of the Community Education and Enrichment section of UNLV Lifelong Learning, OLLI offers more than 100 classes online via Zoom or in-person at UNLV Lifelong Learning and six satellites throughout Southern Nevada, we have something for everyone. OLLI, though, is more than just our classes. It is an opportunity to connect and become part of a learning community of roughly 1,200 like-minded retired and semi-retired adults. In the last year, more than 230 members volunteered by teaching a class, serving on a committee, making coffee, assisting in the office, tracking attendance, calling prospects and donors and serving as classroom aides. OLLI partnered with the UNLV College of Fine Arts, the UNLV Department of Brain Health, the Chambers Grundy Center for Transformative Neuroscience, and many more to offer our members incredible educational opportunities. This coming year, we anticipate building on these successes and look forward to getting to know you as we Learn. Engage. Together..
